The tires are an important part that should not be overlooked. There are several things you can do to keep the tires in the best condition possible. You should also make sure you bring the vehicle in for regular maintenance inspections. Doing so will help us to examine all the parts of the vehicle for you. If you are aware of an issue when you are driving, make sure to contact us and we can inspect it for you. Doing so will help to ensure the tires are in the best condition that they should be in.

Rotations

You will want to make sure that you rotate the tires based on the recommended schedule for them. Rotations will help the tires to wear evenly on the outside and inside of them. It also helps for wear on all four of the tires when you travel. If you notice uneven wear for the tires, make sure that you bring the vehicle in. We can inspect the tires and look if a rotation is necessary. This can also help save on other wear and tear on parts of your vehicle.

Proper Pressure

Always remember to check the tires for the correct air pressure that they have. This can also be found in the vehicle owner’s manual for your car. Typically, these are in the glove compartment also. The air pressure helps keep the proper amount in the tires. It will not have the increased chance of picking up a sharp object like a nail, or blowing out completely. When you notice that the vehicle pulls to one side, it can be an indication of a low tire. If you ignore the low tire, then you could end up doing damage to the rims or hubcap of the tires as well. A good tip is to inspect the tires when filling up with gasoline each time.
